Rev Val Armstrong 20 years of ministry!

On Sunday the 1st of September, the service in Leavenheath Village Hall was the popular annual ‘Songs of Praise’ service, where members of the congregation choose their favourite hymn and share why they have chosen it.
This Sunday was especially important as it was both the 17th anniversary of the 1st Sunday Services, and the 20th Anniversary of Rev Val Armstrong’s ordination. This was celebrated with Party poppers, a card, a bouquet of flowers and cake!
Rev Val shared her thoughts on the last 20 years, and challenged the congregation to think what we should be thinking about in the next few years!
